Performance Features of the Land Rover Discovery

This popular seven-passenger SUV that became the favorite vehicle for traversing the Outback has undergone a sleek re-engineering of its exterior appearance and an ergonomic redesign of its interior spaces.

The Land Rover Discovery offers the driver an optional Hill Descent Control feature that allows braking on all four wheels separately, as well as maintaining a constant speed. This makes descending steep terrain safer and more predictable, perfect for those off-road adventures. The entire chassis of the Discovery has also been manufactured out of light-weight aluminum for enhanced stability and to improve its off-road navigation. A full 1,000 pounds has been shaved off of the overall weight by switching to aluminum, streamlining the vehicle and improving gas mileage in the process.

Stop by Land Rover Cerritos in Cerritos, CA for the opportunity to test drive the new Discovery. Land Rover specialists are on hand to answer any questions you may have and to demonstrate its many features.
